It's called Performance On Demand and provides athletes practical, scientifically validated techniques and includes hardware and software that assist in the process; better still it is delivered by our own Professional athletes who have 1st hand experience of dealing with what you are going through. Our interventions, once learnt create and sustain optimal performance levels while improving health and quality of life.

In golf, POD has already successfully implemented the Performance On Demand programme with PGA tour players and has created a customized program specifically for PGA tour pros.

In addition, Performance On Demand helps athletes maximise emotional calm, concentration and mental focus during competition, increase confidence and self control, develop a calm, dynamic internal state at will; especially under pressure:
