Performance on Demand – Introductory HeartMath workshop £99 per head

This workshop is perfect for individuals who wish to learn about the basic principles that under pin HeartMath. This interactive 2 ½ hour programme will see attendees gaining an understanding of the science that supports HeartMath and allows them to begin to Perform on Demand. It is perfect for those individuals who may already have bought the emWave PSR or emWave desktop and wish to get better and more effective use from them.

Performance on Demand - ½ day 'Transforming Stress' workshop £195 per head

This half day workshop is aimed at Sports coaches, Healthcare professionals, Business executives, Lifestyle coaches, and Personal trainers who wish to understand in more depth the benefits of the Performance on Demand and HeartMath 'Transforming Stress' programme. This interactive half day programme will see attendees gaining a deeper understanding of the science that supports HeartMath and will equip them with a greater knowledge of how to truly Perform on Demand!

Performance on Demand - ½ day 'Transforming Stress' workshop £295 per head including emWave PSR

The format of this workshop is exactly the same as the above but includes the emWave PSR (worth £140).

Performance on Demand – Bespoke ½ day workshop from £195 per head based on a minimum of 10 attendees

This workshop delivered along the lines of our ½ day 'Transforming Stress' workshop, described above, can be tailored to suit any Corporate, Sport, Healthcare or other Lifestyle need and can be run from at any suitable venue.
