Why should I book a workshop?

Here at Performance on Demand we believe that all of our clients will benefit best from our training if their initial immersion is through one of our group workshops. There are two 'standard' workshops from which to chose, and both are relevant whether your interest is for business, sport, healthcare or education. As an individual, or indeed a small group, you can simply book onto one of our workshops, regularly held at our regional training centres. If you have a larger group we can organise a bespoke workshop at a venue to suit you. Workshops

All of our workshops present the research on the physiology of stress and performance and introduces tools and technology to help reduce stress, increase performance and manage challenges. The primary application is to successfully manage stress and maintain balance and clarity while meeting the daily challenges of work, play, study and life in general. Key research concepts are presented to demonstrate the importance of physiological coherence on performance, health and emotional well-being. Participants leave the programme with simple and practical tools to utilise immediately and with personal experience to validate their effectiveness. By the end of the programme, participants will be able to quickly re-calibrate their physiology back to a balanced state after a stressful situation.
